I’m a young person in care and feel like I’m not being listened to

Everyone has the right to be listened to, have choices and be in control of their own life. Almost every country has agreed to a set of rights for children and young people. These rights include being able to give your opinion, and for adults to listen and take these opinions seriously.

If…

You feel your voice is not being heard, one of our advocates might be able to help you have a say in issues including your care, treatment and living arrangements. We’ll be able to talk through your options and help you express the things that are important to you. It’s important you’re heard and get the help and support you need.
